These people are criminals I was charged 150 because I came to the office to let them know I would be back in a few hours my truck was only with the for 18 hours and they took 750$ for less then 24 hours of storage the lady I called and spoke with for info was so rude it was like talking to the devil himself I would rather die a horrible death the use these people I wouldnt call them the sweep my floor let alone do anything to a vehicle

I had a great tow today. I can't tell you how fantastic it was to have Chuck and this fantastic partner come & tow my poor car with a destroyed tire. If I ever thought I had a choice I would definitely use them again!

I wish I would lock my keys in my car more often just so I could experience such excellent service. Best ever. Would give more stars if I could.

I basically never write reviews like this, in fact, almost never. However, I just got home after having my car towed and was so impressed by the service I received that I had to write something about it. Not only were they there with blazing speed: perhaps 15 minutes at the most, and this for a night tow, but Chuck and Ruby were amazingly kind, considerate, and helpful. When the first place I asked them to tow me too wouldn't accept my car, they took me to another, free of charge, and helped me and my dad put on a spare for a solid 30 minutes. For this, they didn't charge me a dime extra on what was already a very reasonable rate, even though they easily could have and I was actually expecting them to. I havn't experienced service like this in basically forever, and learning from these other reviews that I was apparently being helped by the owner (!) only makes me more impressed with the quality of the service I received. Chuck, Ruby, I certainly hope I don't need your services again soon, but if I do, you guys will be the first ones I call. You honestly just don't get service like this anymore. Thank you!

My car wouldn't start and I was caught in the rain. I thought it was my car battery or alternator being dead. The drive was really smart and experienced and was able to get my car running again long enough to drive to my mechanic. I am very grateful for him and really appreciate his help!

Had to move my truck just from one side of the house to the other, and it wouldn't start. The people from Love's were amazing! Quoted me HALF the price of the other tow companies, showed up in HALF the time than the other companies said (15 minutes) and send a SECOND guy with a smaller truck when the first one was too large. Got it moved quickly and easily. Super amazing experience. Thanks so much!!!

Marcos was fabulous! He gave the best service, he was friendly and get to talk to. I hope if I ever need my car towed I can get Marcos as my driver.

The driver, Kip, arrived in half the estimated time. He was a towing ninja with a fantastic disposition. The price was competitive, especially considering a night tow, such as ours. I would recommend his services to everyone.

It's never a good day when you're standing in a tow yard wondering whether to scrap your car or get it repaired, especially on the day before Thanksgiving. After getting the runaround calling body and repair shops we were out of ideas. The guys at Love's were so helpful, they looked over the damage and determined the car was probably salvageable. Tobia from Coast Tire across the street came over and said his shop was up to the task of repairing the car. Love's towed the car across the street to Coast without charge (we probably looked pretty stressed) and the car is now in good condition again. We're very thankful for way everything worked out.

My personal experience with this company was just extremely pleasant.  I've had my fair share of grumpy, ungrateful towtruck drivers, but I cannot say enough good things about this place.
My boyfriend and I were pulling out of a parking lot around midnight, and noticed we had a flat tire, and didn't happen to have a jack! And, not kidding, maybe less then a minute after we pulled over to call someone for help, a Love's towtruck passed by and asked if we needed him to tow us somewhere. He towed us around the corner into a lot and said he had to run to tow another car somewhere real quick, but that he would be back as soon as he could to change our tire seeing as how we weren't in the most respectable part of Santa Barbara.
We sat in our car for maybe 20 minutes before he got back. His name was Herman and he was a very pleasant gentleman. He talked to us while he worked on the car, and said he wouldn't charge us for the help! He said maybe a cup of coffee :o) But of course we paid him anyway.
Anyway, I have never experienced a service like that, and I'm very thankful he was there that night.

I've always liked loves towing, they're a family run, local business and their drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Plus they're trucks are easy to spot

Loves Towing was great to us! We got rear-ended by another car and our rear bumper got smashed  into our rear tires which made it undriveable.

Fernando came amazingly quick (dispatch said 45min he came in 5min) and he was very professional, friendly and warm. After dealing with crappy insurance phone operators it was a relief to deal with a human being who didn't sound like a drone.

This has been one of the most reliable and FAST towing services in the area! Highly recommend - these guys are great!!!

After being stood up by another towing company my insurance fortunately called Loves. They were at my car in less than 15 minutes and called me twice in that time for updates. Awesome. Fernando was the nicest guy and worked quickly to get my car situated.

At Loves Towing  the dispatcher and drivers are fast and friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. After our lower than normal honda shift linkage broke they got her back home during the lunch hour rush. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done quickly . The customer service that we recieved was exceptional that is why I recommend LOVES TOWING for all you cars modified or stock!
